The projects introduced here provide an ideal field for learning and exchange for volunteers. The basic atmosphere of the projects is a holistic lifestyle, with regular yoga and meditation practices, vegetarian meals and dedication to service.

The projects offer food and board. Detailed arrangements will be worked out with the mentor of the volunteer at the project.

Volunteers take part in the life of the community and soon enter into the local flow of events. The volunteers can greatly contribute in their own ways and enhance the progress and development of the project.
